Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 7–14 business days for delivery.

Once your order has shipped, delivery times may vary due to carrier delays that are outside of our control.

We primarily ship via USPS and UPS. Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched. Be sure to include your email at checkout to receive shipping updates, or refer to your order confirmation for tracking details.

At this time, we do not offer expedited or rush shipping.


Returns and Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of the product line, returning a product is not possible. However, in the unlikely event you receive a defective product, you may exchange the defective product within 30 days of your invoice date to receive a duplicate replacement item. Sorry, no merchandise credit can be issued.
Buyer is responsible for shipping of replacement product.

To exchange a defective item:
Send an email to orders@abetterbedroom.shop and include the item name/description, issue with the product, invoice number and your complete contact info.
